Overall 24 - 36 months of relevant experience in Regulatory Compliance relevant to Life Insurance (United States) 

Additional knowledge and exposure to Information Security and GDPR requirement 

Strong exposure of working & ability to build relationships with Global stakeholders and teams 

Hands on exposure to Business Continuity Management Practice (ISO certification would be an advantage) 

Ability to work independently; commitment to continuous learning 

Excellent documentation, communication & presentation skills 

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity
