 Ability to effectively communicate and lead a broad range of people at multiple levels within the organisation to reach buy-in and successful outcomes

 Practical understanding of project management methodologies whether waterfall and/or Agile

 Good understanding of the social media landscape and experience in defining and managing social strategy with clients.
